* Complete the on-line roster
* Mail the Following 4 items to:

1. Tournament Application ( a printed copy of your application from the gotsoccer website
signed by your Regional Commissioner)
2. Referee Information Form (signed by your Regional Referee Administrator)
3 . Official Blue Sombrero Roster (signed by your Regional Commissioner)
4 . A Regional Check made out to "AYSO 157" for:
U-10 $525*
U-12 $600*
U-14/16/19 $650*
*Includes referee deposit
E-SIGNATURES acceptable for Registration Materials

will be the day we receive your COMPLETED application materials, NOT the date you fill out your on-line registration.
