Thank you for your support and understanding by keeping your family pets at home during your children's sporting events. The terms of our using local fields require us to enforce a no dogs policy. 

Application Instructions Applications will be accepted for entrance into the 2012 Pacifica Fog Classic AYSO Tournament starting on January 20, 2012.

The deadline to enter the tournament is April 5, 2012. Applications accepted by that date will be given priority for acceptance into the tournament; all others will be accepted based on any available openings.Due to the large number of teams we had to turn away last year, we are modifying our acceptance policy for the first two weeks.  From January 20 - February 3, we will only accept 2 teams from each Region per each division/age group.  The applications will be accepted on a first-come basis, based on a completed application.  On February 4, if there are spaces still available, we will then disregard the region limit and accept based on the order that we have received your completed application.  

To be considered complete, your application must include all of the following:
  1. Team Application Form - completed online
  2. Team Roster, printed from eayso.org and signed by your Regional Commissioner.
  • Roster Notes· Rosters must be comprised solely of players who were registered and played in the AYSO 2011 primary season program. \
  • Up to 3 guest players may be added to your roster from a neighboring AYSO Region. In this case, the guest player’s Regional Commissioner must sign the roster. 
  • Roster changes will be allowed up until Friday, April 27, 2012; after that, no roster changes. All roster changes must be approved with a signature from your Regional Commissioner.


Player roster limits are as follows:                                             
  • U-19                  18 players max              11-v-11 play                                            
  • U-16                  18 players max              11-v-11 play                                            
  • U-14                  15 players max              11-v-11 play                                             
  • U-12                  12 players max              9-v-9 play                                             
  • U-10                  10 players max              7-v-7 play

3. The completed Referee Form signed by your Regional Referee Administrator (if you’re not planning to bring referees, just check the box on the Referee Form and return it without the RRA signature).

4.  A region check PER TEAM for the total amount of the Team Entry Fee and the Referee Commitment Fee.
