On-line Player Pre-registration instructions
AYSO National offers local regions access to their online pre-registration at www.eayso.org.
Parents will create a user account, and once created, you can then pre-register your children to play in our Pacifica Region 157. An additional step is required to also register as a parent volunteer.
For assistance with this online website, you may call 866-588-2976. This is strictly the online assistance number, they cannot answer questions about our local region.
You need to only create your account once, remember the email account you use to create the user id and you can use this login each year to pre-register.
Once you complete the online process, you may choose to pay online or make a payment in person at a registration event. All online pre-registrations require that you print 2 copies, sign, and bring to in-person registration event. Other items may be required to complete your player's registration.

Returning Players (first time using online registration)
Step 1: Browse to www.eayso.org
Step 2: Click the "My child has played in AYSO, but we never have used eAYSO" link
Step 3: Follow the on-screen directions to create an eAYSO account. You may need to call the eAYSO support line to complete the process (866-588-2976)
Step 4: At the end of the process, print two copies of the player's registration form, and bring those copies to a registration event (dates & times shown to the right.). If registering more than one player, do not submit your payment online until both renewals are updated. (click on the home button to start your second child's renewal)
New Players (never played in Pacifica Region 157)
Step 1: Parents create a new account online at www.eayso.org by clicking "My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer"
Step 2: Follow the on-screen instructions to create an eAYSO account, then to register the player. If registering more than one player, do not submit your payment online until both renewals are updated. (click on the home button to start your second child's renewal)
Step 3: Print two copies of completed registration and bring both copies along with a copy of the player's birth certificate to a Registration Event (dates shown to the right)
U5 SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Our U5 program is a one-on-one parent and child on the field experience. Due to this activity, we require all parents who will be on the field with participating children complete a parent volunteer form and take the online SafeHaven training. The parent volunteer form can be signed electronically online, but we will need to confirm your I.D. to complete the registration. A drivers license is the recommended I.D. Please be prepared to have your I.D. checked for U5 participation.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of AYSO. To ensure the safety of both children and volunteers, each volunteer is required to take a short in-person or online training session called Safe Haven®. It focuses on safety and appropriate behavior with children as well as other on-field issues. Agreeing to a background check is also required for each volunteer.
